Client Care Advocates:
Hard-worker responsible for client relations, will interact with clients by email and phone. Will perform initial intake with clients, book appointments for clients, collect medical information, charts and files. Will also perform general administrative duties, minor accounting duties.

Requirements:
College or University Degree.
Min.2 years of customer service or related experience.
Perfectly bilingual, organized, detail-oriented, ability to manage priorities.
Strong written and verbal communication skills and strong computers skills are required.

Position is part time, daytime only, no overtime, no weekends, with potential for full time.
