Client Care Advocates:
Hard-worker responsible for client relations, will interact with clients by email and phone. Will perform initial intake with clients, book appointments for clients, collect medical information, charts and files. Will also perform general administrative duties, minor accounting duties.

Requirements:
College or University Degree.
Min.2 years of customer service or related experience.
Perfectly bilingual, organized, detail-oriented, ability to manage priorities.
Strong written and verbal communication skills and strong computers skills are required.

Our company provides corporations with medical assistance for their employees. As a nurse in the Care Management team you will assist clients in the resolution of their medical problems with telephone triage, medical chart reviews, identifying and crafting diagnostic and treating plans, ongoing discussions and follow up and interfacing with medical professionals in our global network. You will work closely with the MedExtra team and under supervision of the medical director. Skills Bilingual (preferred) English and French spoken & written Excellent communication skills with clients and treating physicians Able to work in team Creative thinker and problem solver Computer literate, we mainly use the following Word, Excel, ACT! contact manager This job is well suited to a candidate looking to practice professionally in a non-clinical environment.
