Overview
MedExtra's Care Managers will accompany members to physician appointments to participate on the member's behalf.
Our Care Managers are there to assist in:
  • Asking the right questions
  • Asking the 'hard' questions
  • Gaining a thorough understanding
  • Appreciating the nuance of the patient/physician dialog
Ask the right questions - Get the right answers
MedExtra's Care Managers will assist the member in preparing for the meeting, and provide a comprehensive debrief following the meeting. MedExtra's nurses or physicians will accompany members locally, nationally or internationally as required. The Care Manager is available as often as you wish to answer your questions or clarify anything for you.
